Seattle Mesothelioma & Asbestos Lawsuits
A Seattle, Washington jury awarded $10.2 million to a former paper mill worker and his wife in 2009 after the worker developed mesothelioma. The lawsuit was filed against two manufacturers who made dryer fabrics used on paper machines that contained asbestos in them. The jury found that the products were defectively designed and did not include sufficient warnings.
