HOUSTON, TEXAS – Around 4:30 a.m. today, January 24, 2020, Watson Grinding & Manufacturing located at 4525 Gessner Road exploded causing injuries & damages to many nearby properties. One worker is believed to be missing following the blast.
At this time, authorities have not ruled on the cause of the explosion, but the owner of the business, John Watson, believes the detonation was a propylene gas explosion.
