Mesothelioma Lawsuits and Asbestos Litigation in Jefferson County, Kentucky

The surviving family of a man who was diagnosed with malignant mesothelioma after working for a company that used asbestos-containing products in its Jefferson County plant received a verdict of $2 million after the worker’s death.
